further described as bearing S. 67¦18'18" W. a
distance of 1,950.37 feet from the northeast
corner of Section 19, T. 32 N., R. 45 E., M.D.M.;
thence from a tangent which bears S. 51¦33'51" E.,
curving to the left along said right right-of-way
line of Broyles Ranch Road and said left right-of-
way line of IR-80, with a radius of 355 feet,
through an angle of 16¦08'24", an arc distance of
100 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence
from a tangent which bears S. 67¦42'15" E.,
curving to the right along said left right-of-way
line, with a radius of 47.34 feet, through an
angle of 40¦05'37", an arc distance of 33.13 feet
to an intersection with the southeasterly boundary
line of that parcel of land described in GRANT
DEED filed in the Office of the Recorder of Lander
County, Nevada, on December 19, 1989, as File No.
162868, in Book 340, at Page 303 of the Official
Records of Lander County, Nevada; thence S.
29¦49'00" W., along said southeasterly boundary
line, a distance of 244.65 feet to an intersection
with said left right-of-way line of IR-80; thence

curving to the right along said left right-of-way

of 40¦37'36", an arc distance of 113.45 feet to a
point of compound curvature; thence from a tangent
which bears N. 30¦55'23" W., curving to the right
along said left right-of-way line with a radius of
4,900 feet, through an angle of 1¦05'52", an arc
distance of 93.88 feet to the southwest corner of
said GRANT DEED; thence N. 40¦28'17" E., along the
northwesterly boundary line of said GRANT DEED,
a distance of 262.14 feet to the point of
beginning; said parcel contains an area of 44,427
square feet (1.02 acres), more or less.
