thence S 44¦ 03' 30" E 11.60 feet more or less to
the most westerly corner of the certain parcel of
land conveyed to Bob Burton, et ux, by deed
recorded in Book 6, Page 292, Official Records,
Lander County; thence along the northwesterly boun
dary of said Burton parcel 120 feet more or less
to the Point of Beginning.
